Shipping policy

Within India

Shipping within India is on us. We operate on made to order basis so it takes minimum 15 days and maximum 20 days  to get dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, it takes about 3-7 working days to get delivered within India.

Ready to ship orders take up to 72-hours to process. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. If you’ve purchased multiple products in an order, your order can have multiple shipment dates which will be confirmed to you in Order Confirmation mails. 

At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control.-  During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMICS, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time. If your order is delayed beyond estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.

International Delivery

For International Orders, International shipping charges and Import duty has to be borne by the client.
Shipping Charges vary as per size, weight and the country where the consignment is to be delivered.
We operate on made to order basis so it takes about minimum 15 days and maximum 20 days  to get dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, it takes about 10-15 days to get delivered to the International Address.
However the timeline may vary depending on the location and time taken in custom clearance.
