Label Darpan is Happy to Help you with your Purchase.
Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
Fitting issue:.
We request you to please refer our size guide before placing the order. For orders placed using our size chart and still having size issues, we would be happy to exchange the same article in a different size. However, the exchange request has to be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. The article should not be worn, washed, stained, and should be in original packing along bills & tags. Once the package is accepted by our team, the exchange will be processed as our team will get in touch with you with the timeline. The shipment has to be sent to our official address at the customer cost and we will be shipping it back at our cost.
For any fitting issues with custom measurement orders, our products have a margin of 1-3 inch. Thus, it can be easily altered at your end. However, if you require an alteration, we can help you with the same at an additional shipping and alteration charges. Please note that custom-orders are not eligible for return/exchange/refund.
Each of our garment goes through a quality check before packing and shipping.
We do not accept return as we operate on made to order basis

Please Note- During festivals, pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
Label Darpan LLP reserves the right to cancel any order in case the products face quality issues, or in case of any unforeseen reason. You will be informed by our team if this happens and you will be provided with a credit note that can be used up to a year from the date of issue.
